"I’m so disappointed at State Farm. I have been a customer for 5 straight years. All my insurance payments on autopay. Two months ago my card expired and got a notification payment didn’t go through. Immediately called, payed and fixed expiration date. Next month I get hit with a double charge plus $100 fee for declined transaction they chose to process knowing it was expired. I call to make claim and was disrespected by agent blaming me for not paying. I was outraged. Long story short she got me researching and for my surprise Progressive gave me better coverage for $147 less!!!! To top it off when State Farm reimbursed the overcharge never included fee and charged me the entire month for 2 days of coverage before Progressive kicked in. They stole my $. Elena and Julio called and promised they would make it right, been a month and nothing happened. Summary… State Farm rips you of every month and when you leave them they will hit you on your way out as well. Check Progressive Insurance out"
